Return Policy
As we manufacture products in accordance with the consumer's instructions (customization), you cannot return your product with us. This is because we cannot resell the product because it is personalized.
Does your product cover one of these points below?
1. If you have received a product that you have not ordered;
2. If you receive a product damaged and you've reported this in 10 days time after receiving it;
3. If you have ordered a product from us based on incorrect product information on the website.
Then, when photographic evidence is supplied, we will send a new correct copy free of charge without need of returning the damaged/incorrect portrait.
Aangezien wij producten vervaardigden conform instructies van de consument (maatwerk) kan u standaard bij ons uw product niet retourneren. Dit omdat wij naar alle redelijkheid uw product niet nogmaals kunnen verkopen omdat dit gepersonaliseerd is.
Valt u product onder een van deze onderstaande punten?
1. Indien u een product heeft ontvangen dat u niet besteld heeft;
2. Indien u een product defect geleverd krijgt en dit meldt binnen de zichttermijn;
3. Indien u een product bij ons besteld heeft op basis van onjuiste productinformatie op de website.
Dan sturen wij, bij aanlevering van fotografisch bewijsmateriaal kosteloos een nieuw, juist, exemplaar
